Delivery Method

All deliverables are provided through the following digital channels:

  • Access credentials to staging/production environments

Delivery Timeline

Service delivery timelines vary by project type and are outlined in individual statements of work. Typical timelines include:

  • Audits and Reports: 3-7 business days
  • Starter Projects: 2-6 weeks
  • Theme Development: 6-10 weeks
  • Headless Builds: 12-16 weeks
  • Growth Sprints: 2-week cycles, ongoing

Physical Materials

In rare cases where physical materials are provided (such as branded collateral, swag, or printed documentation), the following applies:

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, destination, and urgency
  • Dispatch Window: 3-5 business days after production completion
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers provided via email once shipped
  • Delivery Time: 3-10 business days within the United States

Lost or Damaged Items

For any physical materials that are lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery at info@salviecommerceenterprises.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement if necessary.

International Delivery

Our digital services are available to clients worldwide. For physical materials shipped internationally, delivery times vary by destination (typically 10-21 business days), and customs fees or import duties may apply. Recipients are responsible for all customs charges.

Access Issues
