Do you work with platforms other than Shopify?

We primarily specialize in Shopify and Shopify Plus, including headless implementations with Next.js and Hydrogen. While we evaluate other platforms on a case-by-case basis, our expertise and tooling are optimized for the Shopify ecosystem.

How quickly can we start working together?

Typical kickoff is within 1-2 weeks after scope approval and contract signing. For urgent projects, we may be able to accelerate the timeline depending on current workload and resource availability.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee process quality, best practices implementation, and transparent reporting. However, outcomes depend on multiple factors including traffic volume, offer quality, market conditions, and execution consistency. We provide realistic projections based on industry benchmarks and similar projects.

What's included in the Starter Projects package?

Starter Projects include specific deliverables like store audits, theme customizations, performance optimization, basic email flow setup, and analytics implementation. These are one-time engagements with clear scope and 1 month of post-launch support.

How do Growth Sprints work?

Growth Sprints operate on 2-week cycles with dedicated engineering and CRO resources. Each sprint includes planning, execution, testing, and review. We meet weekly to prioritize work based on impact and results. Minimum 3-month commitment, then month-to-month.

What's the difference between Growth Sprints and Scale Program?

Growth Sprints focus on continuous optimization and feature development. Scale Program is for complex transformations like headless migrations, advanced integrations, and enterprise-level operations requiring dedicated teams and strategic planning.

Do you offer month-to-month contracts?

Growth Sprints can go month-to-month after an initial 3-month commitment. Starter Projects are one-time. Scale Programs are custom and typically involve longer partnerships due to complexity and investment.

Can we add services to an existing package?

Yes, all packages can be enhanced with add-on services like advanced A/B testing, content development, 24/7 support, or specialized integrations. We'll help you build the right combination for your needs.

Process & Timeline

What does your onboarding process look like?

After contract signing, we schedule a kickoff call to review goals, access requirements, and timeline. We then conduct discovery (audits, data review, stakeholder interviews) followed by strategy presentation and approval before execution begins.

How long do projects typically take?

Starter Projects: 2-6 weeks. Theme builds: 6-10 weeks. Headless builds: 12-16 weeks. CRO programs: ongoing. Timeline varies based on complexity, integrations, and your responsiveness during review cycles.

What do you need from us to get started?

Admin access to your Shopify store, analytics platforms, email/SMS tools, and any other systems we'll integrate. Access to brand assets, content, and stakeholder availability for reviews and approvals. Clear goals and success metrics.

How often do we communicate during projects?

Weekly sync calls for active projects. Async updates via email or Slack 2-3 times per week. For Growth Sprints: weekly planning and review sessions. For Scale Programs: dedicated Slack channel and on-demand access to your team.

Technical

Do you handle hosting and domain management?

Shopify handles hosting for standard implementations. For headless builds, we can deploy to Vercel or similar platforms. Domain management stays with your registrar, though we can assist with DNS configuration and SSL setup.

What analytics tools do you use?

Primary tools: Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, and platform-native analytics (Meta, Google Ads, etc.). We also set up custom dashboards using Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar tools based on needs.

How do you handle testing and quality assurance?

Every build includes cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), device testing (mobile, tablet, desktop), accessibility audits (WCAG 2.2 AA), and performance testing (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals). We provide staging environments for client review before production deployment.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

All projects include post-launch support. For bugs related to our work, we fix them at no charge. For new issues or change requests, we assess and provide options. Growth Sprints and Scale Programs include ongoing support as part of the retainer.
